I am in need of a getaway... I've always had a desire to go to Washington.

Hopefully some day soon I will be relaxing on the San Juan Island!!

Last week was our yearly family vacation. We stayed in a cabin up by Flaming Gorge on a private lake. Tons of fun memories... Aunt Neecer falling out of a paddle boat-thanks to her lovely nephew Brodie, Derrick and Dennis trying to throw Troy in the lake, several crashes on the bikes, yummy food, not so yummy mojito's, beautiful horseback rides, deer hanging out right in our camp, nightly chats by the campfire and my all time favorite **Derrick convincing Troy that he could tackle a deer.** That drunk spent hours chasing the deer while we all sat back and laughed. He was determined to earn that Wii. Needless to say... we're still Wii-less. Leave it up to those boys to come up with something so entertaining.

Thanks mom for another wonderful family vacation. There is nothing more enjoyable than spending time with family. Even though it seems like a hectic mess trying to get everyone on the same page its worth all the struggle! It's been 4 yrs since you've started this tradition and the boys are still talking about the "Disney Trip"! Thank you for making me who I am today!
P.S. I have to give my dad a little credit too....
